Yes. The assistant is one line of code added to the site you already have. We check your platform during setup. You do not need a rebuild.
Yes. On the phone it says it is an automated assistant at the start of every call, and says so again if anyone asks. The website chat is labelled as an AI assistant in its header.
It does not guess. It says it will have someone confirm, takes the person's details, and you follow up. A wrong answer costs you more than no answer.
No. Calls are not recorded and no transcripts are kept. You get a written summary of each call in your Google Sheet instead.
No. We are based in Broward County, Florida, and setup is done remotely, so we work with businesses anywhere.
